Return and Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns. We want all of our customers to feel confident that they are purchasing new and never used items. If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us prior to opening the package so that we can give you instructions for an exchange. Once the package is opened, an exchange is no longer possible. Orders that are refused or undeliverable and returned to us will be refunded less shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
30-Day Warranty Information:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us using the form below. Provide as much information as possible so that we can process your claim quickly and efficiently. If we need more information or photos we will contact you within 1 business day. If you are unable to provide photos, or we are unable to determine the defect in photos, we will require you to return the item for physical inspection. Warranty claims may be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. Claims made after 30 days may not be processed. Once we have validated the defect, we will issue store credit or replace the item at our sole discretion.
